Welcome to the beautiful country of Israel!
Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport. After you have cleared passport control, a representative will be waiting to welcome you with VIP special assistance to facilitate your luggage identification, handling, customs clearance and escort you to your waiting tour guide and driver.
Drive to Tel Aviv and get a short overview of the city. Go to hotel for check in and free time to relax. Then, join us for a welcome Dinner at Raphael restaurant in Tel Aviv.

This morning, we start off our day with a visit to the Old Port City of Jaffa (Yafo), just south of Tel Aviv for a beautiful panoramic view of Tel Aviv. This city, established in 1909, will give you an idea of what the first Jewish city of the modern era was like.
For lunch, you will drive to a Moshav (an Israeli agricultural settlement) near Netanya. Here you will participate in a cooking class with a famous chef at a special kitchen demonstration.
After, continue to Binyamina and visit the winery, where you will have the chance to taste some if Israel’s finest wines, including their award winning “cave” wine.
Return to Tel Aviv and tour the galleries and cafes of Neve Tzedek. Dinner at Mul Yam restaurant in Tel Aviv.
Day 3

Transfer: From Tel Aviv to Rosh Pina
En route to Rosh Pina:
- Explore Caesarea, the Roman Port City
- Visit Saslov Winery and participate in a special wine tasting activity

After breakfast at the hotel, checkout and depart to the North. Our next stop is Caesarea, the Roman port city on the Mediterranean. A new audio visual presentation brings to life, the times of the Roman Legion controlling these shores several thousand years ago.
Drive to Kibbutz Eyal and visit the Saslov winery. There you will meet Berry Saslov, who was a pioneer in boutique wineries in Israel. Share his expertise about wine with a special wine tasting activity.
Continue north and check into your hotel, then enjoy some free time to relax. Dinner at Muscat, the famous restaurant at Mitzpe HaYamim.
Day 4

Today, you will tour the Olive Oil Mill on Golan Heights, meet the owner and learn about this agriculture field. You will also be able to taste some of these delicious Olive Oils! Next, journey to the Golan Winery, home to three of Israel’s most decorated wineries. Golan, Yarden and Gamla.
Later, you will have the opportunity to see the mystical city of Tzfat, the home of Kabbalah. Here, synagogues centuries-old, played host to some of the Jewish people’s most colorful spiritual leaders. Also visit the world-famous artists’ colony.
Return to the hotel to relax in the spa and enjoy treatments.
In the evening, depart to the Golan where you will visit Chateau Golan for wine tasting and exclusive private dinner at the winery.

Transfer: From Rosh Pina to Jerusalem
Jerusalem:
- Ascend the Judaean Mountains

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and then we are off! You will visit a very special boutique, family run cheese farm, which is both a successful agricultural endeavor and uses the newest Eco-friendly techniques.
Next, you will transfer to Jerusalem, where upon arrival, we will ascend the Judaean Mountains.
Then visit the Israel Museum, where the Dead Sea Scrolls are kept in the Shrine of the Book and you can a see a model stop at a viewpoint overlooking the Old City. Here, we shall celebrate our arrival to the holy city and then check in to your hotel.
Dinner will be at Darna Restaurant, and afterwards we will visit Angel Bakery to see the “challah” made here and learn about the baking industry.

Today, experience the new museum at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center. This is the world’s first memorial to the darkest moment in world and Jewish history. The center houses the children’s memorial and exquisite sculpture gardens.
Just before the Shabbat starts (the seventh day of the Jewish week) we will experience the excitement of Mahane Yehuda Market. Receive a Shuk Bites Card that allows you to taste the shopkeepers’ daily specials. The Market Tour is full of flavors and fragrances, fascinating stories, a bit of history, colorful characters, unique delicacies. Observe the traditional pre-Shabbat shopping rush and see a rare glimpse into Israeli culture.
Enter the Old City and walk to the Western Wall (Kotel), Judaism’s Holiest site, and learn about the spectacular Kabbalat Shabbat Service.
Afterwards we’ll have a special Shabbat Dinner with a local family in one of the neighborhoods of the New City of Jerusalem. Learn about the various traditions and meanings that accompany the festive Shabbat meal.

Enjoy a day at leisure in Jerusalem! Relax at the hotel pool, or take a walk around a very quiet and relaxed city.

After breakfast, proceed to the Jewish Quarter. A special point of interest is the Cardo, the “heart” of the unearthed, main Roman thoroughfare and ancient marketplace.
Visit the Western Wall, and tour the Kotel Tunnels, which show the Western Wall and the Holy Temple as they were in Roman Times until the destruction of the temple in the year 70 CE.
Walk the Via Dolorosa and end with a visit to the Church of Holy Sepulcher. This is, in fact, a complex of various chapels, was built on what was called the Hill of Golgotha.
Later in the afternoon, participate in a lecture by a culinary expert and wine specialist. Then, have dinner at Eucalyptus restaurant, owned by renowned chef Moshe Basson.
