South Africa was on the top of my bucket list, and boy did I cross that one off. Let me recap the highlights: shark diving just outside of Cape Town; walking ‘up close and personal’ with baby lions; 6 World Cup games in 3 cities, including both semi finals and the ‘hand ball’ game; 4-day Livingstone style tents at Kruger with a successful sighting of the Big 5; Vic Falls bungee jump; kayaking with penguins, and the best white water rafting of my life! I must give Terraficionados all the credit in the world – they did a ton of research, personalized everything, and even advised me when I was better to ‘book it on my own’ versus through them. The highest compliment I can give is that I will use Terraficionados again for my next big adventure!
