Inca Trail was an absolute bucket list trip. Our tour guide and the entire crew was just incredible. Not only was the scenery and experience amazing, we were just treated so well. A+ from start to finish. We felt very taken care of by our tour guides in Lima and Cusco. They were great about going the extra mile by confirming travel details, helping us through the airport, and even printing out boarding passes. Concierge level stuff.

Our tour guides in Kyoto were fantastic and I'm sure I saw things I would not have found on my own. I like that the hotel in Kyoto was uniquely Japanese with an excellent breakfast... It was nice leaving it in Terraficionados' hands to plan all of the details.
The trip was amazing! The guides and drivers greeted us all by name, were very professional but also warm & welcoming. The local staff were very helpful and accommodating and the excursions were amazing - a great mix of active and exploring nature. It was tiring living out of suitcases and moving every few days, but once we were there we were happy to see the different places. The hotels were beautiful and we liked that each differed along with the locale.
We had the PERFECT trip. Honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. We are newly obsessed with South Africa. Each accommodation was nicer than the last. The guides were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and tailored things to our interests. The safari was so so so cool. It was the perfect flow.

The trip WAS fantastic…an amazing introduction into southern Africa on all accounts. The accommodation was good and got better as the trip went on… the hotel in the wine valley was utterly delightful and the staff were amazing, the 2 lodges in Zimbabwe were stunning locations and beyond excellent staff... The airport transfers were very welcomed, it will be hard to go back to travelling without that extra support.
Thank you for coordinating what was an absolutely amazing holiday to Italy. We loved everything about it! I honestly can't choose a favourite part because each city offered such a different experience. The tour guides were all top notch; they were super educated on the history, and made it very interesting. My kudos to all of them for keeping our 7 year old's attention throughout! We also loved the hotels... it's hard to pick a favourite, but our room in Venice with a balcony overlooking the canal was incredible! Everything was flawless… Travel was effortless, trusted guides toured old Rome and the Vatican – skipped lines everywhere. 2 room suite was amazing, looked out over the ruins, we were close to everything. Pizza making was fun, we literally did it from scratch – pretty cool experience. Travel to Florence was dead simple, pick-ups/drop-offs were helpful. Bike tour was amazing... Kids loved it. Walking tour in Venice was super helpful, she taught us a ton about how to live like a local and figure out all the transportation options. Can’t wait to plan our next trip in 18 months with you guys.

The trip was awesome - we truly had a wonderful time. Tree Tops - we loved it. The food was great, rooms were beautiful, and we enjoyed the park. Abdullah was a fantastic guide. Kemala Hills - I loved it. I found the camp stunningly beautiful and our guide, Miraji, was amazing. We saw crazy animal encounters and had a great time. With all that said, we had a ball! Our guide was excellent. Very engaging and enthusiastic. The dinners in local homes were terrific. I particularly liked the one in Shangri-la where the 80 year old great grandmother was a wonderful hostess. Overall, it was a great trip. We are coming back with wonderful memories. Thanks again…
Thanks again for everything. We just had our last dinner in Morocco and shared our highlights. Couldn't decide between the camel ride into the Sahara, the donkey ride up the Atlas Mountains, the hike through a Berber village where 2 little boys followed us, the quad bike ride through a herd of goats, etc!

The trip was seamless and the quality was fantastic throughout. We particularly liked the resorts in Kerala - great mix of comfort / luxury and authenticity. We of course loved the festival our guide took us to where we were the only foreign tourists!

All three generations of our family had the trip of a lifetime. We had an unbelievably fantastic trip to Australia and New Zealand. It was the high point of my sabbatical and it wouldn’t have been nearly as fabulous if not for the awesome guidance of Terraficionados. They helped us lay out an itinerary that combined all the things we like to do and focus on how to maximize the 3 weeks we had there. I highly recommend Terraficionados... The trip was simply amazing; hiking the Karangahaki Gorge, kayaking on Lake Rotoiti and “zorbing” were all very memorable experiences!
South Africa was on the top of my bucket list, and boy did I cross that one off. Let me recap the highlights: shark diving just outside of Cape Town; walking ‘up close and personal’ with baby lions; 6 World Cup games in 3 cities, including both semi finals and the ‘hand ball’ game; 4-day Livingstone style tents at Kruger with a successful sighting of the Big 5; Vic Falls bungee jump; kayaking with penguins, and the best white water rafting of my life! I must give Terraficionados all the credit in the world – they did a ton of research, personalized everything, and even advised me when I was better to ‘book it on my own’ versus through them. The highest compliment I can give is that I will use Terraficionados again for my next big adventure!
